Secure Live Media, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website at www.securelivemedia.com (the "Site"). Please also review our Terms of Service.

Our Commitment: We do not use analytics, tracking cookies, or collect personal information about visitors to this Site. Your privacy is important to us.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Unlike many websites, we have chosen not to implement:

  • Analytics or tracking tools (such as Google Analytics)
  • Tracking cookies or similar technologies
  • Third-party advertising or remarketing pixels
  • User behavior tracking or session recording

We do not collect, store, or process any personal information about visitors who simply browse our Site.

2. Information You Voluntarily Provide

If you choose to contact us via email (for example, to inquire about our services or apply for a job), you voluntarily provide us with information such as:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Any other information you include in your message

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and will not share it with third parties except as necessary to respond to your request or as required by law.

3. Server Logs

Like most web servers, our hosting provider may automatically collect certain technical information in server logs, such as:

  • IP addresses
  • Browser type
  • Pages visited
  • Date and time of access

This information is collected by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes and is not used by us for tracking or marketing purposes.

4. Cookies

This Site does not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising purposes. Any cookies that may be set are strictly necessary for the basic functionality of the Site (such as maintaining secure connections).

5. Payment Processing & Google Pay

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and Google Pay, for purchases made on our partner sites. When you use a payment method to complete a transaction, your payment information is processed as follows:

  • Google Pay: If you choose to pay with Google Pay, your payment credentials are encrypted by Google and transmitted as a secure payment token to our payment processor, RocketGate. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full card number, expiration date, or CVV from Google Pay transactions.
  • Payment Processor: All payment transactions are processed by our third-party payment gateway, RocketGate. RocketGate receives the encrypted payment token (for Google Pay) or card details (for direct card payments) to authorize and process the transaction. RocketGate's handling of your payment data is governed by their own privacy policy and PCI DSS compliance standards.
  • What We Retain: For customer support and record-keeping purposes, we retain only limited transaction information such as the last 4 digits of your card, transaction amounts, dates, and reference numbers. We do not store full card numbers or Google Pay tokens.

Your use of Google Pay is also subject to Google's Privacy Notice and Google Payments Terms of Service.

6. Third-Party Services

This Site does not load any resources from third-party servers. All fonts, styles, and scripts are hosted on our own servers. No data about your visit is shared with any third party through the operation of this Site.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect any information transmitted through our Site, including:

  • SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission
  • PCI DSS compliant payment processing through our payment gateway
  • Encrypted payment tokens for Google Pay transactions (decryptable only by our payment processor)
  • Secure storage of customer records
  • Limited employee access to personal information
  • Regular security assessments

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
