Payment Processing: All payment transactions are processed by our third-party payment gateway, RocketGate. Your payment information is transmitted securely using industry-standard encryption. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or Google Pay token.
Google Pay: If you use Google Pay, your transaction is processed using an encrypted payment token provided by Google. We do not receive or store your underlying card details from Google Pay transactions. Your use of Google Pay is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Notice.
Recurring Billing: Some services may involve recurring charges. You will be clearly informed of any recurring billing terms before completing your purchase. You may cancel recurring billing at any time by contacting our support team.
Refunds: Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact our support team with your transaction details.
